Primal Scream Tickets

With a number of studio albums under their belt, as well as songs that have continued to expand their fan base, Primal Scream continue to show other bands how it is done and when they take to the stage, no fan will want to be without Primal Scream tickets – ensuring that they are there to witness it all in person.

Primal Scream consist of Bobby Gillespie on the vocals, with Andrew Innes on guitar, Gary Mounfield on the bass, Martin Duffy on keyboards and Darrin Mooney on the drums. The group has also seen the likes of Jim Beattie complete the line up and these musicians have all contributed to an overall sound that has combined psychedelic, garage rock and dance influences. The effect has been commercial success and a widespread influence on the music scene they encompass.

Primal Scream first formed in 1982, with Gillespie and Jim Beattie leading the charge. At this point Gillespie had also been a part of the band The Jesus and Mary Chain, leaving them by the end of the 1990s to take Primal Scream onto chart success. It meant that their first two albums – 1987’s “Sonic Flower Groove” and 1989’s “Primal Scream” – would not live up to the success of later albums like their breakthrough hit “Screamadelica” in 1991. However, since then they have had continued success with the likes of “Give Out But Don’t Give Up” in 1994, “Vanished Point” in 1997, “XTRMNTR” in 2000, “Evil Heat” in 2002, “Riot City Blues” in 2006 and “Beautiful Future” in 2008.

In recent years Primal Scream have continued to have an effect on the UK music scene with their latest albums “Riot City Blues” and “Beautiful Future” providing fans with songs such as “Country Girl” to keep them occupied. It is certain that the new decade will see them continue to produce music on wide scale and that 2010 and beyond will provide fans with an abundance of new tracks to play with. As one of the most renowned and unique bands of the 1990s, Primal Scream have demonstrated a keen ability to impress and this is showing no signs of slowing down.

So make sure you get hold of Primal Scream tickets as soon as possible. Their live shows have earned them an abundance of fans and this is something that is likely to remain the case for time to come. They have been hugely influential and despite line-up changes and numerous albums under their belt, it is clear that Primal Scream still have plenty left to say.
