Cornbury Music Festival Tickets

Audiences would be forgiven for thinking that many of the summer festivals that decorate the summer music calendar are less than family-friendly. For many of the events on the calendar this could indeed be the case, but that is not to say there aren’t festivals out there that will cater for a wide range of ages.

With events such as the Underage Festival and others, younger music fans can also have a chance to witness some high quality acts in a live setting, giving them some lasting memories and introducing them to the summer festival scene – something that provides an unbeatable atmosphere and spectacular performances.

And audiences could also purchase festival tickets for the Cornbury Music Festival in Oxfordshire, which has also boasted some top names over the years. Set within Cornbury Park, the festival has been running for much of the last decade, attracting audience members young and old, whilst showcasing some of the best known acts from the charts and airwaves. So if you are looking for a summer music festival with a difference – one that offers something for the whole family whilst also showcasing some of the best acts around – look no further than the Cornbury Music Festival.

Looking back at some of the line-ups over the years, it is no wonder that so many people have been happy to attend the Cornbury Music Festival, with the 2008 event featuring both Crowded House and Beverley Knight, amongst a host of acts that included KT Tunstall, The Beat, Imelda May and more. Fast-forward to 2009 and the event was once again attracting festival-goers eager to witness the likes of Sharleen Spiteri, Scouting for Girls, Sugababes, The Pretenders and many more. It was a glorious occasion for all the family and allowed audiences access to a fair, workshops and a host of arts and crafts as well.

All of these things and more returned in 2010 as the line-up featured high quality acts such as David Gray, The Feeling, The Blockheads, Reef, Seth Lakman, Newton Faulkner and various others. With audiences camping across the two-day event in July, music lovers once again got access to an event with a positive and awe-inspiring atmosphere, plus top quality acts to lead to a memorable experience. And for those that do not want to camp for the evening there were also day tickets to allow them access the events of a day of their choice (subject to availability).

So the United Kingdom continues to prove that it is amongst the best places for music lovers to be during the summer months, with various festivals and concerts giving audiences access to the best acts around in the open Air. Expect more to crop up over the years, adding to the choice, whilst the Cornbury Music Festival continues to flourish.
