The Underage Festival is an example of both of these, found within Victoria Park in London and catering for festival-going audiences between the ages of 14 and 19. So only those who age falls between these two cut-off points can gain access to the wonderful array of music on offer. In the first year Blood Red Shoes made an appearance alongside a mainstage full of acts like The Young Knives, Johnny Flynn, Boy Kill Boy, Laura Marling and more and with each year more stages were added and more people flocked to the site in London. 2008 featured the likes of Galloes, Dizzee Rascal and others before 2009 rounded out the decade with Hadouken!, Mystery Jets, The Horrors and Tinchy Stryder amongst others. The latter returned a year later alongside the likes of Lightspeed Champion, Tinie Tempah, Annie Mac and more.

So over the years the Underage Festival has not been without some high quality performers and in future years it this is likely to remain the case.
