Now, in the modern day, they remain in the spotlight as they continue to put out new work and remind audiences that they have not gone anywhere. It can only be Korn, whose instantly recognisable sound has placed them firmly in the midst of rock history and who will be attracting a multitude of fans to their live shows as concert tickets go on sale once again.

Those witnessing Korn in the modern day will flock to see a line-up that features original vocalist Jonathan Davis alongside both James Shaffer and Reginal Arvizu, alongside their latest drummer Ray Luzier. Along with their former drummer David Silvera they have been behind some of the best known tracks of the nu-metal scene, including “Freak on a Leash”, “A.D.I.D.A.S”, “Got the Life”, “Here to Stay”, “Word Up!”, “Evolution” and “Let the Guilt Go”. These songs and others helped them to receive abundant airplay as they stood up alongside other well known bands of the last decade or so, such as Limp Bizkit, Deftones and Slipknot, as some of the most successful American rock bands of their time.

And plenty of other songs can be found on their albums, of which many have been released between 1994 and the modern day, from their self-titled debut to “Life is Peachy” in 1996, “Follow the Leader” in 1998, “Take a Look in the Mirror” in 2003, “See you on the Other Side” in 2005, an untitled release in 2007 and “Korn III: Remember Who You Are” in 2010. Such releases have kept them in the public consciousness and ensured that when Korn have ever announced a tour, there are plenty of fans striving to get hold of rock tickets before it is too late.

So it is clear that fans should be quick to get hold of tickets to witness Korn in a live setting, where their stand-out songs are likely to sound their best. No matter what tracks of theirs make it onto their set-list, they are likely to sound even better than they do on CD, proving to the audience how they have stayed together for so long and earned so many awards and nominations along the way. And this doesn’t even take into account their high record sales and critical acclaim.

But then, they are one of the best known bands of the nu-metal boom that resonated with audiences around a decade ago, with various bands hitting the mainstream and causing a sensation. It is a testament to Korn’s ability that they continue to put out tracks to this day as they keep their fans happy with further successful tours.
