Currently consisting of Ian Watkins, Lee Gaze, Mike Lewis, Stuart Richardson, Jamie Oliver and Luke Johnson, Lostprophets have been together since 1997 and have also featured the likes of DJ Stepzak, Mike Chiplin and Ilan Rubin over a long and successful career. However, the band did not enjoy instant success but after three years of touring, producing various demos and settling on different names along the way, they finally signed to a major record label in 2000.

As a result, they were then able to set to work on their debut album “Thefakesoundofprogress”, which was released in 2000 to critical and audience success. Audiences could not get enough of their singles like “Shinobi vs. Dragon Ninja”, meaning that their songs could on radios across the country, with numerous performances on television as well.

It also meant that anticipation for their follow up was ripe ad they did not disappoint with “Start Something” in 2004, which featured the likes of “Burn Burn” as singles and continued to see them climb in popularity. They then emerged in 2006 with “Liberation Transmission”, their third album, before appearing on stages around the world.

2007 saw them begin work on their fourth album “The Betrayed” and hit the road again.
