Boyz II Men Tickets

One group that truly stood out, at least in the R&B scene, was the phenomenally successful American rhythm and blues boy band Boys II Men, who enjoyed enormous popularity in the 1990s with a string of number one hits and singles that are still remembered to this day. However, unlike many of their contemporaries they survived thoughout the next decade and continue to release hit albums. Soon they will once again be wowing crowds onstage, meaning that fans are going to be eager to get their hands on Boys II Men tickets for a memorable concert experience.

Consisting of Nathan Morris, Michael McCary, Shawn Stockman and Wanya Morris, Boys II Men enjoy the distinction of being the most successful R&B male vocal group in history, with enormous sales for albums and singles being matched by Grammy Awards and sell out tours. Since they released their first album “Cooleyhighharmony” in 1991 they have shown other groups how it is done and provided the blue print for other acts to follow. It is safe to say that they have had an influential effect on the music industry as a whole.

Boys II Men first formed in 1986 under the name Unique Attraction, eventually settling on the name we know them as and impressed Michael Bivins of the group Bell Biv DeVoe when they suck backstage at a show. Though they were a quintet at this point, they would soon become a quartet and sign up to a major label, going on to dominate the charts and awards shows for years to come. Their first album was 1991’s “Cooleyhighharmony” (re-released an expanded in 2009), which they followed up with “II” in 1994, followed by “Evolution” in 1997, “Nathan Michael Shawn Wanya” in 2000 and “Full Circle” in 2002. After this Michael McCary left the group so that they would remain a trio for the rest of their career, going on to release “Throwback” in 2004, “The Remedy” in 2006, “Motown: A Journey Through Hittsville USA” in 2007 and “Love” in 2009.
