Adam Lambert’s talent was honed in youth through a series of performances in musical theatre. He realised his skill in this and decided to use it professionally, going on to work with Anita Mann Productions in a variety of shows. He has appeared in a number of well-known musicals such as “Hair”. A particular height of this period was his appearance in the filmed version of “The Ten Commandments: The Musical” alongside the famous Val Kilmer.
However, as successful as he was, Adam Lambert was certainly destined for greater things. Feeling the urge to follow his more ambitious dreams, Lambert entered the American Idol heats in it’s eighth series. It was a resounding success: the judges were overwhelmed with his talent at singing and he went on to do very well in the rest of the series.
