Today, having reunited in 2007, they continue to perform and attract countless admirers to their shows on stages nationwide and this is why concert tickets to witness Shed Seven continue to be a popular draw for fans. After all, having wowed crowds for almost two decades they are well experienced in putting on a stand-out show for thousands of music lovers.

Shed Seven currently consist of Rick Witter as vocalist alongside Paul Banks as guitarist and keyboardist, Thomas Gladwin as bassist and Alan Leach as drummer. As a team they earned a number of admirers for Britpop songs that emerged into the chats in the 1990s, with examples such as “Ocean Pie”, “Getting Better”, “Dolphin”, “Going for Gold”, “She Left me On Friday” and more. As such, it is no wonder they are compared to bands such as The Charlatans and whilst they did not earn the kind of success felt by other contemporary bands of the time, there is no doubting the influence and skills of Shed Seven during their career.

During their original run they also scored an abundance of fans for albums that included “Change Giver” in 1994, followed by two other 1990s hits “A Maximum High” in 1996 and “Let it Ride” in 1998. Their final album before they split in 2003 was 2001’s “Truth Be Told” and as a result fans would have to wait until later in the decade before they could witness popular songs like “She Left Me On Friday” in a live setting.

But with the announcement of reunion tours in 2007 Shed Seven returned to the stage and proved to audiences that they still have what it takes to impress on a wide scale. Indie rock tickets were snapped up to witness them live and this is likely to remain very much the case well into the future. After all, as an influential band who have been around since the early 1990s they have managed to prove time and time again that they are a band to which it is worth paying plenty of attention.
