The Soldiers Tickets
The Soldiers are a band with a difference and, unlike many groups, their title is literal. This is because they are a trio of serving soldiers from the British Army who have had enormous success with the release of their debut album in 2009, peaking at number four in the UK album charts and sealing their legacy by achieving platinum sales.
They are a band with many admirers and their live shows will be truly special when The Soldiers tickets go on sale. They are certainly musicians that audiences should keep an eye on.
The trio is made up of Lance Corporal Ryan Idzi (who audiences might remember from a previous series of “The X Factor”), Sergeant Richie Maddocks and Sergeant Major Gary Chilton. Together they have turned many heads since the release of their first single “Coming Home”, the title track from their debut album of the same name. The full record contains many uplifting anthems that serve to make their live shows truly extraordinary occasions, which already led to a standing ovation when they appeared at the Royal Albert Hall on “Songs of Praise”. They also made an impression with a seasonal single entitled “A Soldier’s Christmas Letter”, also from their debut album, whilst songs such as “With a Little Help from My Friends” help in putting a smile on the faces of their fans.
