Their albums have earned them significant success since their debut release in 1988 and as a result, fans around the world have been able to enjoy their impressive sound, from festivals in the UK to television shows in the United States.

Consisting of Miles Hunt, Malcolm Treece, Andres Karu, Mark McCarthy and Eric Nockalls, The Wonder Stuff have demonstrated a clear ability to impress for many years. Former members of the band have also included Rob ‘the bass king’ Jones, Martin Gilks, Martin Bell, Paul Clifford and Stuart Quinell. In the early days of the band members’ music careers they were part of the band From Eden, which itself had formed from the band Pop Will Eat Itself. The Wonder Stuff then formed in 1986, the year that saw the release of the EP “A Wonderful Day” and subsequently led to a record deal and the release of their debut album “The Eight Legged Groove Machine” in 1988.  After a successful tour they then reappeared with the follow up “Hup” in 1989, followed by “Never Loved Elvis” in 1991 and “Construction for the Modern Idiot” in 1993. The rest of their career has seen them release full length albums like “Suspended by Stars”, live albums like “The BBC Sessions” and “The Wonder Stuff Live” and compilation albums like “Love Bites and Bruises”.
