The ultimate boy band returns to the stage to showcase a multitude of the greatest hits to their adoring fans. The members of Westlife have enjoyed a long career that has lasted over a decade, with countless number one hits to their name, iconic choruses and various awards under their belt.
When they perform, they offer something unbeatable for their fans, making Westlife tickets valuable items to get hold of. These tickets allows fans to hear classic songs from “Flying Without Wings” and “If I Let You Go” to “I Have A Dream” and “Seasons in the Sun” in a live setting.
Consisting of Mark Feehily, Shane Filan, Kian Egan and, until 2004, Brian McFadden, Westlife have gone from strength to strength during their career and it has led to them becoming some of the richest people in Ireland. When they are selling out venues such as Wembley Arena on a regular basis, it is no wonder.
During the early years of Westlife times were tough and in the 1990s they formed a boy band known as IOYOU, which was very different to the group we know and love. For starters, of the six members, only three would go on to form Westlife and when they did they would receive the backing of Simon Cowell and Ronan Keating amongst others. When Nicky Byrne and Bryan McFadden were brought in to replace three of the members, Westlife was born and before long they would gain a firm hold on the music scene in the United Kingdom.
They released their self titled, debut album “Westlife” in 1999 when singles from the album, such as “If I Let You Go” and “Swear it Again”, had already peaked at number one. Suffice to say, “Westlife” was a huge success and anticipation would soon rise for their next release, which took the form of 2000’s “Coast to Coast”. Over the decade they would continue to earn huge success with albums such as “World of Our Own” (2001), “Unbreakable” (Greatest Hits - 2002), “Turnaround” (2003), “Allow us to be Frank” (2004), “Face to Face” (2005), “The Love Album” (2006) and “Back Home” (2007).
Their latest album took the form of 2009’s “Where We Are”, with a bright future still ahead of them. It featured singles such as “What About Now” and more, whilst continuing to cement Westlife as a chart act to contend with. Over the last ten years they have sold over 10 million records and become one of the biggest acts in the UK charts. It means that there is likely to be no stopping them as they go into the next decade with anticipation as high as ever.
So make sure you get Westlife tickets as soon as possible. It will be an opportunity to witness a band at the top of its game as they take to the stage and offer an unbeatable show.
