Interpol announce extra UK tour dates
Fans of Interpol who did not get tickets for their November tour are in luck as the band has announced extra dates.
Following on from the eight-date tour announced earlier this year, the group are set to return in March 2011 to perform four additional shows, Uncut magazine has reported.
Kicking off their previously announced shows in Nottingham on November 24th 2010, the New York group are to then stop in cities including Newcastle and Edinburgh before starting a three-night residency in London's Brixton Academy from December 6th.
In the new year the band will return to perform shows in Bournemouth on March 18th, before continuing on to Bristol, Cambridge and Leeds.
The group will no doubt be using the gigs as a way of showcasing some of the new tracks from their latest self-titled record, which was released in the UK earlier this month and features the single Barricade.
