The Phoenix Theatre has just over 1,000 seats on 3 levels: The Stalls, the Dress Circle and the Upper Circle. The Stalls stretch back from the stage from row A to S with a maximum of 28 seats across (and a gap running down the middle). The Dress Circle goes from rows A to K with a maximum of 28 seats across (and another gap in the middle), whilst the Upper Circle goes from A to J with 29 seats running across (with another gap in the middle of the row). This makes for a total of 1,012 seats on 3 levels.

Once in the foyer the Box Office is found on the left with the Stalls accessed by 24 steps leading down from here. The Dress Circle is accessed up 21 steps, with the Upper Circle accessed by 42 steps.
