Directions
Take the Bakerloo or Piccadilly line to Piccadilly Circus. The theatre is a 5 minute walk towards Leicester Square.
The Prince of Wales Theatre has a seating capacity of more than 1,000 seats on only 2 levels: the Stalls and the Dress Circle. The Stalls feature rows that stretch back from the stage from A to T, with a maximum number of seats stretching across from 1 to 47 (with gaps in some of the rows further back), whilst the Dress Circle stretches back from row A to L, with a maximum number of seats stretching across from 1 to 46, with further gaps in some of the rows for access. This makes for a total of 1,160 on 2 levels.
Access to the Stalls is relatively easy and can be accessed at the same level as the street, with no steps within the auditorium (instead a gradual slope towards the stage) whilst the Dress Circle can be accessed by traversing 70 steps going up (with steep steps sloping forwards).
