Directions
Take the Bakerloo or Piccadilly line to Piccadilly Circus and exit onto Shaftesbury Avenue. The theatre is a 5 minute walk.
The Lyric Theatre is one of many London venues to feature more than 900 seats and it does so over 4 levels: The Stalls, the Dress Circle, the Upper Circle and the Balcony. The Stalls stretch back from the stage from rows AA to R, with a maximum of 24 seats across, whilst the Dress Circle above it features rows stretching back from A to H and a maximum of 25 seats across. Meanwhile, the Upper Circle features rows stretching back from A to G with a maximum of 28 seats across (starting at 5) and the balcony features rows from A to J and a maximum of 26 seats across. This makes for a total of around 967 seats on 4 levels.
Steps are used to gain access to the Stalls, Upper Circle and Balcony, whilst the Dress Circle is accessed at the same level as the main entrance (though 5 steps lead down to the seats once inside). This includes between 26 and 32 seats leading down to the Stalls.
