Can't believe the reviews that have rubbished this musical!!! I've seen it twice now and both times it was absolutely amazing. The colourful costumes, the songs and the dancing was "beyond" magic. Such a pity it's not on for longer would go again and again!!!

Must see...its amazing to see Indian traditional dancing live after so long. Beyond Bollywood brings back a mixture of regional Vs western dancing together.

If only this had been marketed as a simple dance show it would have been acceptable, despite some bad scene changes that left the theatre in silent darkness broken only by the the muttering of a confused audience. Dreadful writing, very poor acting, lip-synching and embarrassingly bad 'comedy' routines (think over-played ' It Ain't Half Hot Mum' caricatures) left me eager to leave.

After seeing The Last Pavilion and Merchants of Bollywood, this was a complete let down! The only similarity is the price. The dancers looked like Bollywood rejected extras. The leading lady and man were really awful. In my opinion, they should not have been in every dance style as the center piece ... Some of them were just embarrassing. It was a painful experience for me and my family. A waste of a day.

Lastly, the title says Beyond Bollywood but pretty much all songs were from Bollywood.

If you have a few hours to waste and have money to burn... And you can persevere a bunch of uncoordinated armatures jump around on stage... This is the show for you.
