The St James Theatre welcomes the hit musical revue show Forever Plaid, which focuses on the band The Plaids, a close-harmony group performing in the 1950s. With an array of familiar songs that will have audiences humming along, plus some wonderful performances from a talented cast, this will be a must-see musical event in the capital.
The cast includes Jon Lee, Matthew Quinn, Keith Jack and Luke Striffler and together they will belt out some toe-tapping tunes and bring these 1950s characters to life. Lee is perhaps best known as one of the original members of the hit group S-Club 7 though he has also made his mark in numerous stage productions like Les Miserables at the Queen’s Theatre and Oliver The Musical at the London Palladium, amongst others.
With Forever Plaid the cast delves into a show that was first seen by audiences in the United States in 1990 and has since become a regular fixture of the world stage. It features performances of songs like Catch a Faling Star, Love Is A Many-Splendored Thing and Three Coins In A Founatin, plus many others.
Forever Plaid entertains the crowds at the St James Theatre from Tuesday 5th April 2016.
