The acclaimed English dance company Motionhouse return to London with their latest show Broken, which runs at the Peacock Theatre in the West End in April 2016.
Promising to be a spectacular production that mixes an array of disciplines to create a story that takes us through the Earth, Broken is Motionhouse at its best as the company utilises the skills it has nurtured since its foundation in 1988 to mesmerise audiences and create a truly stand-out show in the West End.
Broken is the latest in a long line of memorable productions created by Motionhouse during its time in the spotlight. Created in the late 80s by Louise Richards and Kevin Finnan they have been behind some award-winning shows that have captured imaginations. In recent years they have explored The Voyage, exploring issues surrounding the Olympics, Traction, Waiting Game and Scattered, to name but a few.
As ever the performers utilise athletic prowess as they embark on acrobatics and movements set to digital images, great music and a memorable story.
And it all comes to the Peacock Theatre, the West End outlet of Salder’s Wells. Both venues regularly attract the biggest dance acts from an international stage, including The Merchants of Bollywood in 2016.
Broken opens at the West End location on Wednesday 6th April 2016.
