The London Palladium, having already welcomed an array of stars in 2016 and 2017, turns its attentions to one of the biggest voices in classical music this May as tenor Russell Watson makes his way here as part of a nationwide tour.
Last year Watson made his way back into the charts with the release of his newest album True Stories, the latest in a long line of stand-out releases that go back to 2000’s The Voice. As such he now hits the road to perform tracks from that release and more as he lands at locations like Blackpool, Glasgow and London, to name but a few.
Since The Voice, Watson has been behind albums like 2001’s Encore, 2002’s Reprise, 2004’s Amore Musica, 2007’s That’s Life and Outside In, 2008’s People Get Ready, 2010’s La Voce, 2012’s Anthems: Music To Inspire A Nation and 2013’s Only One Man. With a three year gap between the latter and last year’s True Stories it is safe to say that his fans were happy to see its release. But now it’s time to head to the West End to see him perform live.
In a year that also brings the likes of Miles Jupp, Whoopi Goldberg and Marti Pellow take to the stage of the London Palladium, Saturday 13th May 2017 sees Russell Watson follow suit with this unmissable show.
