Those headed to the Arts Theatre in March 2013 will be able to witness two shows from writer Alexander Wright, an up-and-comer whose work is likely to be seen in the capital further down the line as part of his promising future. Whilst one is the folk musical Beulah another is the awards-nominated Some Small Love Story, which will be directed by Noreen Kershaw. Featuring some stand out songs, which themselves have been the recipient of considerable praise, plus some wonderful performances from the like of Samantha Siddall, Calum McArthur, James McEwan, Serena Manteghi and Ryland Teifi, it is likely to be a show to remember.
The show has been seen at other locations across the country and among these locations was the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2011, where many shows are seen prior to West End transfers. It is unique as well, because of its stripped down look, which sets it apart from some of the bigger musicals that can be seen in the theatre district.
Both Beulah and Some Small Love Story offer a great musical experience and as such audiences should be eager to pick up theatre tickets for their brief appearance in the capital, which takes place at the Arts Theatre from Monday 18th March 2013 to Wednesday 20th March 2013.
