It seems like only yesterday that Derren Brown’s last show Svengali rolled up at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London’s West End, but that was in 2011 and now the famous illusionist brings his latest production to the West End, this time re-teaming with his usual collaborator Andy Nyman. Infamous will provide an opportunity for fans of the television personality to witness him take to the stage of the Palace Theatre with plenty of tricks up his sleeve, undoubtedly leaving them wanting more. The production is set to run in the West End during the summer, with a run beginning in June 2013.

Those that have seen Brown’s other shows will have an idea of what is in store from the psychological trickster, though he has promised something very different this time around. So whilst any fan of Brown will be right at home, the show is going to offer a different feel to Svengali and his other shows. So even if you’ve seen all of his other efforts, from Derren Brown Live in 2003 to Enigma in 2009, there will be plenty on offer for you when you roll up to the Palace Theatre to witness the production unfold.

Brown has been on our screens now for more than a decade with series like Mind Control, Trick Of The Mind, Trick Or Treat and The Experiments among those to secure his place on television for much of the time. He has also appeared in high profile specials as well, from the controversial Derren Brown Plays Russian Roulette Live to more recent shows such as Miracles For Sale, Apocalypse and Fear And Death. The success of such shows have ensured he remains a well known personality and one of the best known illusionists in the country, which is why his West End productions, such as Something Wicked This Way Comes and Minder Reader – An Evening Of Wonders,  also big success stories.

And as he has Andy Nyman back by his side this is a show that should attract a great deal of attention when it comes to theatre tickets.

Derren Brown – Infamous is set to run at the Palace Theatre in London’s West End from Thursday 27th June 2013 (previews from Monday 24th June 2013).
