The darker side of love is explored in Mydidae at Trafalgar Studios 2 this year, with Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Keir Charles starring in a production penned by Jack Thorne.
During March the performers will portray to lovers holding contrasting views of a particular event. Their differing perspectives lead to some unwanted realities and devastating truths as we explore the darker side of love entirely in the confines of a bathroom. It originally appeared at the Soho Theatre last year and has clearly proven to be worthy of a West End transfer in 2013.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge has appeared in various production in the capital, from Tribes at the Royal Court Theatre to 2nd May 1997 at the Bush Theatre. Her career has also seen her appear on television screens in the likes of The Cafe and Channel 4’s Coming Up.
Meanwhile, writer Jack Thorne is best known as a writer for shows like Sins and Shameless, in addition to The Scouting Book For Boys. He has previously worked for the Bush Theatre with Sixty Six Books, the National Theatre with Burying Your Brother In The Pavement and the Donmar Warehouse with The Physicists.
With shows like Third Finger, Left Hand set to follow it in April, Mydidae is at Trafalgar Studios 2 from Tuesday 5th March 2013 and is then continues to Saturday 30th March 2013.
