Bill Bailey extends West End run
Bill Bailey has announced that he is to extend his current run in the West End into January 2011.
The comedian is currently performing in the show Dandelion Mind at the Wyndham Theatre, where he explores the theme of doubt, as well as showing off his musical skills to the audience.
Following the extension, the show will now be performed until January 8th 2011, after it opened on November 9th 2010, after previews from November 2nd.
Themes that Bailey touches upon in the show include subjects as diverse as being trapped by the volcanic ash cloud, creationism and Michael Winner.
He also looks back on the music he enjoyed in his youth, with Gary Newman's Cars being given a new French Disco feel.
In addition to performing stand-up, Bailey is well known for his appearances on TV panel shows including Never Mind the Buzzcocks and QI, as well as playing Manny Bianco in Black Books.
