Expect to hear a 'nimble flow' at Drake gig
Fans with tickets to an upcoming Drake gig may enjoy the rapper's "nimble flow", according to a reviewer attending a recent show in London.
Ian Gittins described in the Guardian how the vocalist was joined on stage by Florence Welch from Florence + The Machine during the concert at the Hammersmith Apollo on Monday (January 10th).
He praised Drake for the melancholy in his voice when he spits his rhymes and highlighted how he has several killer tunes up his sleeve.
"Having begun as a protege of Lil Wayne ... the 24-year-old Canadian rapper ended it with Jay-Z and Kanye West guesting on his soul-infused debut album," remarked Mr Gittens.
In his opinion, Drake is one of the biggest success stories of the past 12 months, which suggests his upcoming rap concerts should see the singer full of confidence.
MTV recently claimed that Drake is working with Florence + The Machine on a track that could feature on the latter's next album.
