Hear 'sincere' music on Cee Lo Green tour
Fans attending the Cee Lo Green tour next year can expect to hear tracks that are jammed full of sincerity and meaning.
The singer has stated his sadness that much modern music lacks the honesty and integrity of tracks from the past, the Press Association reported.
Having achieved worldwide fame as the vocalist for Gnarls Barkley and now with his own solo record, Green said he wishes there was more heart and soul in the songs that were being recorded today.
"We need more true to heart, true to life music, with soul, integrity and sincerity," the Forget You singer explained.
"We need these things, it's necessary."
People with alternative and indie tickets to his shows can judge for themselves if Green's music has all those qualities when he plays a string of UK dates in March 2011.
Taking in cities including Bristol and Birmingham, he is also set to play a gig at the London Shepherd's Bush Empire on March 17th.
