Katy Perry's tour to 'stimulate the senses'
Katy Perry wants her tour to be an experience that will stimulate the senses of everyone who attends.
The singer told the Sun that she wants her UK sell-out tour to be good fun and "very visual", while engaging all of the senses at the same time.
She explained that she is looking to create a scent that will be smelt by her concertgoers during the British dates.
"We're looking into alternative stuff, like a couple of companies who are helping us make the aroma of what you kind of smell on the CD," Perry told the newspaper.
The new wife of Russell Brand added that she has been working with the man who helped to plan the staging of Pink's Funhouse tour, which the 26-year-old performer explained appealed to her not just because of its theatrics, but also as it had "a lot of heart" in it.
The Teenage Dream tour is set to kick off at London's Hammersmith Apollo on March 17th 2011.
