Magnum tour the UK in April
Next April the European Magnum tour is set to open for fans in the UK with a string of dates scheduled around the country.
Kicking off at The Garage in Glasgow on April 13th 2011, the progressive rock band are set to play a total of 15 shows around the UK, taking in cities including Newcastle, Oxford and Wolverhampton.
The final date of the tour is set for Bristol on May 1st, with fans of the band with rock and pop tickets hoping to hear tracks from their career which has spanned five decades.
They may also get to hear some of the songs from the new album The Visitation, which is scheduled for release next year.
The follow-up to 2009's Into the Valley of the Moonking, it is the 16th record the Birmingham-based band has produced.
Despite a variety of line-up changes over the years, signer Bob Catley and guitarist Tony Clarkin still remain at the forefront of the group from their first album released in 1978.
