Matthew Fox to make West End debut
Matthew Fox has confirmed that he is to make his West End debut next year in a new Neil LaBute play.
The actor, who is best known for his role as Dr Jack Shephard in the TV programme Lost, will take to the stage in the production of In A Forest, Dark And Deep.
He takes on the part of Bobby, a man who is helping his sister Betty - played by Olivia Williams - to clear out the forest cabin she lives in.
While the story begins as a comedy, it soon escalates into a psychological thriller as Bobby has to face with the secrets that his sister may be keeping from him.
Due to open at the Vaudeville Theatre for previews from March 3rd 2011, the play is scheduled to run until June 4th.
LaBute is known for his plays including The Shape of Things and Some Girl(s), as well as his work on the films Nurse Betty and Death at a Funeral.
