Fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the forthcoming Neil Diamond tour in the UK later this year.
The American singer is setting out on a global tour and has scheduled dates for Britain in June and July.
Australia, South Africa and Germany will all see the veteran performer on stage before he arrives to kick off his UK gigs in Birmingham on June 28th 2011.
He will then also perform in Glasgow and Manchester before arriving for a night at the O2 Arena in London.
With a career spanning six decades, fans can expect to hear songs from his numerous albums, including those on his newest release Dreams, which peaked in the UK album chart at number eight last year.
Famous for songs like Sweet Caroline and Cracklin' Rosie, Diamond gained a raft of young fans in 2008 when he took to the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury to perform in the coveted Sunday spot that has also been taken by Dame Shirley Bassey.
