Ray Quinn enjoying West End career
A life on the West End stage is perfect for Ray Quinn, the performer has recently admitted.
Quinn, who was a runner up in the TV talent show the X Factor, losing out to Leona Lewis, told Sky News that he was happy in his career treading the boards.
"I love doing shows, it's always been a dream of mine," the actor - who is currently performing in Dirty Dancing - told the news channel.
His role as Jonny Castle's cousin Billy Kostecki in the stage show based on the hit film is his third West End part and Quinn said he was revelling in it as it is giving him more acting experience.
The former Dancing on Ice contestant has also starred in Grease as well as releasing a solo album following his X Factor appearance.
Dirty Dancing is scheduled to run at the Aldwych Theatre until November 27th and stars Hannah Vassallo and Johnny Wright in the lead roles of Baby and Johnny.
