The Gruffalo to return to the West End
The Gruffalo is set to be staged in the West End for the fifth consecutive Christmas period, it has been announced.
Based on the book of the same name, the play will be performed at the Garrick Theatre on 24th November 2010 for a run to 16th January 2011.
Each day the time of the performance will vary, with the show beginning at either 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 or 14:00 BST.
Taking place over one 55-minute act, Scott Armstrong has been cast as the Gruffalo, with David Garrud performing as the Predators and Alex Tregear as Mouse in the production based on the Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler penned story.
Running at the same time as the show in the evening at the theatre will be the pantomime Snow White and the Seven Designers and is set to feature amazing creations from some of fashion's biggest names, including Vivienne Westwood, Jean Paul Gaultier and Paul Smith.
