Usher eyes up duet with Amy Winehouse
Usher has stated that he would love to work with Amy Winehouse in the future.
The American star, who performed during the second live show of The X Factor series, told the Daily Mirror that Winehouse is the only British performer that he wants to record with.
"I would love to work with Amy. I hear she's back and I want us to shock people.
"She's the only one in the UK I want to work with," he told the newspaper.
The 31-year-old, who was most recently seen in the UK charts with his track OMG, added that he thought the Back to Black songstress had a "wow" voice and that he would like to take her music in a direction that had not been heard before.
Even if he does not get his wish to perform with Winehouse, the singer is set to hit the road in the UK next January on the back of his latest Raymond V Raymond album, stopping off for gigs in locations including Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow.
