The Piccadilly Theatre features more than 1,000 seats across 3 levels in its auditorium, with the Stalls, the Royal Circle and the Grand Circle watching the stage. The Stalls stretch back from row BB to U with a maximum of 30 seats across, whilst the Royal Circle stretches back from row A to L, with 28 maximum seats across and a gap in the middle of the row. The Grand Circle follows suit, with rows stretching from A to M, 28 seats and a similar gap. This makes for a total of 1,232 seats on 3 levels. This makes for around 1,200 seats on 3 levels.
Once in the foyer the Box Office is located on the left, with 15 steps going down to the Stalls, 28 steps going up to the Royal Circle and 70 going to the Grand Circle.
