Access/ How to Get There
The Novello Theatre is located on Aldwych and as the name suggests it brings it within close proximity to its sister venue the Aldwych Theatre. Other West End venues that are located nearby include the Duchess Theatre, the Lyceum Theatre, the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and the Fortune Theatre, with the Savoy also located on the nearby Strand. As the venue is located in a central London location, and on a well known road, it is close to the usual amenities one might expect to find in a city centre.

For those arriving by London Underground, the nearest tube station to the Novello Theatre takes the form of Covent Garden, though Charing Cross and Holburn are also in relatively close proximity, with Leicester Square further west. For those arriving by Train, the nearest railway station takes the form of Charing Cross.

For those travelling to the Novello by road, there are various bus services operating in the area which will get audiences easily to the venue. Meanwhile for those visiting by car there is an NCP found on Drury Lane. As parking can be difficult in London city centre, however, audiences are advised to use public transport where possible.

In terms of disabled access, the Novello Theatre contains two spaces in Box A that whilst suitable for wheelchair users, are not suitable for those in scooters. Alternatives include transfer seats for 2 wheelchair or small scooter users in row A of the Dress Circle, with a non-disabled companion required accompany visitors during the performance. Access to the venue for disabled guests is through an entrance on Catherine Street, whilst disabled toilets are located on the right of the Dress Circle.

For those guests that are hard-of-hearing, there is an infra-red system in place inside the auditorium. Meanwhile, guide dogs are lot allowed entry into the auditorium, though cloakroom attendants are available to dog sit during the show.
