The Playhouse Theatre has less than 1,000 seats on 3 levels within the auditorium: The Stalls, the Dress Circle and the Upper Circle. The Stalls stretch back from the stage from rows BB to Q, with a maximum of 26 seats across, whilst the Dress Circle stretches from A to K with seats at 27 across. Meanwhile, the Upper Circle stretches back from row A to J with a maximum of 25 seats across. Gaps are also found in some of the rows and aisles. This makes for a maximum of just under 790 seats on 3 levels.
The Box Office is found on the left once patrons have entered the building through the main entrance. The Stalls are on the same level as the foyer, whilst the Dress Circle is accessed by 28 steps going up and the Upper Circle is accessed by 82 steps going up.
