Access/ How to Get There
The venue is located on Panton Street in the West End and this brings it within close proximity to venues such as the Criterion Theatre, the Prince of Wales Theatre, the Garrick Theatre, the Theatre Royal Haymarket and Her Majesty’s Theatre. Its proximity to the likes of Piccadilly Circus and Shaftesbury Avenue, amongst others, also ensures that there are plenty of amenities in the area.

For those arriving by the London Underground, the nearest tube station takes the form of Piccadilly Circus, with others including Leicester Square and Charing Cross in relative proximity. Meanwhile, for those arriving by train, the nearest railway station takes the form of Charing Cross.

For those arriving by road, there are a number of bus services operating in the area and so the venue can be easily accessed by public transport. Meanwhile, nearby car parks include an NCP on Denham Street and a Westminster City Council car park located on Whitcomb Street.

In terms of disabled access, there are spaces for four wheelchairs in the dress circle, whilst seats E5 and E17 are available as transfer seats. Unfortunately the venue does not feature an adapted toilet for disabled visitors (a toilet to the left of the auditorium and down a ramp - and some sets of doors - may be able to accommodate).

For those hard-of-hearing, there is a portable loop available from the box office. Meanwhile there are headsets available to utilise the infra-red system in place, with a deposit and credit card required.  For blind guests, guide dogs are permitted inside the auditorium, though visitors should contact the venue in advance (staff members can also look after the dog, with prior notice).
