In terms of disabled access, there is a lift, disabled toilets, accessible counters and four wheelchair spaces located in the circle level of the auditorium. For those that have difficulty hearing, a headset is available (with a £5.00 refundable deposit) to access to the Hearing Loop System.
Finally, guide dogs are permitted into the Palace Theatre, though audience members should contact the theatre in advance.
