The Arts Theatre in London’s West End is preparing to welcome “Baggage” to its stage in September 2012. It is a story of friendship and romance that is likely to leave a big impression on audiences that pick up theatre tickets and prepare for a memorable show.
In “Baggage” we meet two close friends that have found themselves in each other’s company after some time, reunited by a terrible tragedy, and in doing so they hope that they can reignite their relationship before time runs out. During the course of the show we also go back in time to 2007 when we see how two people embark on rollercoaster romance following internet dating.
The show comes to the Arts Theatre, which is a relatively new West End theatre in town, which has welcomed a wide range of shows over the years. Until mid-July it was the home of “A Walk on Part: The Fall of New Labour”, whilst previous hits here include “A Christmas Carol” and “Nunsense A-Men”. Prior to its emergence as a West End venue it also welcomed a wide range of other shows, from “The Vagina Monologues” to the unlicensed plays it presented as a private club in the 1920s.
“Baggage” makes its appearance at the Arts Theatre from Thursday 6th September 2012 to Saturday 6th October 2012.
