Lee Mead - Some Enchanted Christmas Evening

Important Info: Includes one interval.

This Christmas, audiences will have the unbeatable opportunity to witness Lee Mead on the stage of the Garrick Theatre, where he will present some of the fantastic songs of musical theatre and film. This enchanted Christmas evening is one that will celebrate the season in style as the West End star utilises his impressive vocals to perform spectacular renditions of the hits.

Lee Mead is perhaps best known for his role in the West End’s Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, a role he earned after winning the BBC talent show Any Dream Will Do. He had also emerged in the musical theatre scene prior to this with performances in the touring version of the show and as an understudy in The Phantom of the Opera, but his role as Joseph opened up new doors. He has since appeared in the likes of Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre and Legally Blonde The Musical at the Savoy Theatre. Those who are yet to see the performer on the stage might also recognise him from television’s Casualty.

This isn’t the first time that Mead has been seen at the Garrick Theatre at Christmas. In fact, he could be seen in the same location last year, and the fact that audiences keep coming back for more is a testament to his onstage presence and talents. So he is perfect to bring new life to some of the songs from films and musical theatre productions of the Golden Era of cinema.

Lee Mead: Some Enchanted Christmas Evening is at the Garrick Theatre on Sunday 6th December 2015.
