Age Restriction: Suitable for ages 12+
Based on the novels by Sue Townsend, Adrian Mole will return to the London stage in the West End transfer of The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 ¾ - The Musical. Since the world premiere in 2015, the tales of the happy-go-lucky boy have also been told at the Menier Chocolate Factory in 2017, so if you’re wanting to take young children to the theatre this summer or for their first ever show, you’ll want to flick the pages of The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole.
Adrian Mole is a teenage boy who is going through all of the ups and downs of adolescence, with bullies, grown-ups and unrequited love all taking their toll. At the same time, it’s a politically-charged show, with scenes glimpsing at some of the biggest events and scandals of the decade.
With an original book, music and lyrics by Jake Brunger and Pippa Cleary, The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 ¾ - The Musical is set to delight and charm audiences at the Ambassador’s this summer.
