David Tennant leads the cast in a revival of CP Taylor’s Good, running for 10 weeks at the Playhouse Theatre later this year. Directed by the Olivier Award-winning Dominic Cooke, it’s a powerful drama set in Nazi Germany where apposite fables and morality can bear a heavy weight on decision making. So, if you want to see a historical drama, you’ll want to book Good tickets.

Literary professor John Halder is a good man. But, in order to survive in Nazi Germany, he must adapt. As the world gears up for the imminent Second World War, see how the decent, intelligent, music-loving John Halder finds himself swept along in a movement that crescendos towards an unthinkable finale.

Can you be a good person when things are falling apart?

The Good cast stars David Tennant as John Halder, best known for his six-year tenure as The Doctor in BBC’s Doctor Who.

Elliot Levey and Fenella Woolgar also star in Good.

Good was first performed in 1981 at the Donmar Warehouse.
