Since the mid 1990s children around the world have been captivated by the characters created by Sam McBratney for books like Guess How Much I Love You, its follow-up collection Guess How Much I Love You All Year Round and the recent The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare.

The first of those has enchanted audiences since 1994 and now theatregoers will have a chance to welcome the characters of Little and Big Nutbrown Hare into their hearts as a stage version appears at the Arts Theatre in London’s West End this December.

So as the Christmas season welcomes an array of festive favourites for young theatregoers, Little & Big Nutbrown Hare will be amongst the characters waiting to welcome them.

Suitable for anyone above the age of three, Guess How Much I Love You brings us a heartwarming story that focuses on those lovable characters as they try to guess how much one loves the other, with the measurements growing in size as the tale progresses.

First published in 1994, Guess How Much I Love You has enjoyed a successful life in the spotlight in the more-than two decades since. A television adaptation, a collection of short sequels and more have ensured a continued presence in popular culture.

It is one of many books from Sam McBratney, who has teamed-up with illustrator Anita Jeram for this and numerous books, like You’re All My Favourites and Let’s Play In The Snow, earning awards along the way.

So catch Guess How Much I Love You Live when it runs at the Arts Theatre for a brief run from Wednesday 6th December 2017.
