This September, audiences at the Trafalgar Studios will experience this unique and imaginative look at the London with this one-man show Misty. Penned by Arinzé Kene, an exciting voice with a bright future ahead of him, this is an electrifying journey behind the scenes of London that will delve into its cultured heart.

The show has already been seen at the Bush Theatre and its journey to the West End gives audiences on Whitehall the chance to witness something original and memorable, with director Omar Elerian providing an unmissable experience.

Misty utilises a range of disciplines to deliver its message and tell its story, with poetry mixed with original live music and theatre, merging together into a unique tapestry that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression in the minds of theatregoers.

It’s a style that has won over audiences at the Bush Theatre in West London, with theatregoers flocking to see something that resonates and inspires.

But then again, we would expect no less from Arinzé Kene, the writer who has been slowly rising in the industry over the last decade, earning awards and nominations for his previous work and even penning scripts for the screen. His credits include Little Baby Jesus at the Oval House Theatre, South London, Wild Child at the Royal Court Theatre and Good Dog on a UK tour, amongst others.

But with Misty he hit on something truly special, which has united critics and audiences in praise and ensured that he is a voice of which we will hear a lot in the years to come.

Misty runs at the West End’s Trafalgar Studios 1 on Whitehall from Friday 14th September 2018 (previews from Saturday 8th September 2018).
