I'll thought through and very poorly understood diatribe on the benefits of some forms of therapy for people with mental health problems.

I am really supportive of promoting appreciation and understanding of mental health issues and applaud Ms Wax for having the courage to champion this worthy cause. However I felt that her I'll considered promotion of mindfulness CBT as a panacea for mental health issues was not terrible helpful.

I thought the show was misrepresented and overcharged. Good luck on pursuing the issues which are of enormous importance - though I don't think this is the way to do it.
