Ever wondered what it’s like to be a comedian? After all, it’s one of the most popular forms of entertainment around these days, with stand-up comedians selling out arenas all over the country. Now, West End audiences will have the opportunity to find out as a range of talented performers take to the stage of the Duchess Theatre to tell us exactly what it’s like first hand!

Such accounts will include real stories from the comedians’ lives and give us glimpses into the goings-on behind the scenes. For any fan of the comedy world, this will surely be a must-see show in January 2015.

The comedians lined up to appear on the night include Sara Pascoe, regularly seen on UK panel shows, alongside James Acaster, Katherine Ryan and Robin Ince. All four are comedians with plenty of experience and plenty of stories to tell, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable night. Meanwhile, the MC is Michael Legge.

Robin Ince, for example, is an acclaimed comedian whose work has included high profile radio and television shows. He is also well known for his work with Ricky Gervais, supporting him on UK tours, and has appeared at venues across the country, as well as the annual Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

The show appears at the Duchess Theatre, a West End venue that is also the home of The Play That Goes Wrong throughout the year. If you wish to catch This Comedian, however, you will be able to see it for one night only on Monday 26th January 2015.
