Even though the Lyceum was built in 1903, it is the oldest Broadway theatre which has operated under one purpose. Hailed as one of Broadway’s iconic theatres, the venue is also home to the Shubert Archive, home to more than six million documents regarding the Shubert Brothers theatrical activities.

There is no dress code for performances at the Lyceum Theatre. Latecomers are allowed in at the discretion of management.
