It in we meet Henry Higgins, a phonetic professor who makes an unusual wager with a Colonel Pickering; he bets that he can take the cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle and pass her off as a respectable duchess. All that he has to do is use his vast knowledge of phonetics to teach her how to communicate with impeccable speech. Since it was first penned in 1912 countless audiences with Theatre Tickets have witness the compelling story as Henry Higgins attempts to complete his task.
