Diana Vickers looking forward to T in the Park gig
Speaking to the Daily Record, the 18-year-old singer stated that she is anticipating a warm response from the crowd.
Indeed, she said she is not expecting festival-goers to throw things at her during her set.
"I think it will be fine and hopefully the crowd will be on their best behaviour - it'll be amazing," she commented.
Vickers added that she thinks the crowds in Scotland are "incredible".
The bill at this year's T in the Park is headed up by Muse, Eminem and Kasabian, while Faithless, Stereophonics and Paolo Nutini are also appearing.
Other acts on the bill include Florence & The Machine, Jamie T, Groove Armada and Dizzee Rascal.
Vickers first rose to prominence as a contestant on The X Factor in 2008, although she has since enjoyed a hit album and single and appeared in a West End show.
