Lady Gaga to collaborate with Tom Jones?

Wednesday, 4th Aug 2010

Lady Gaga and Tom Jones may be set to collaborate, if the Welsh singer gets his way.

According to Jones, Lady Gaga is currently one of the most exciting artists around.

As a result, he has said he would be keen on the possibility of recording with her at some point.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Jones commented: "I've duetted with Robbie Williams and Cerys Matthews and I don't want to stop there.

"If the right track came up, I'd love to work with Gaga."

Jones has also collaborated with the likes of Stereophonics, Van Morrison, Jools Holland and The Cardigans throughout his extensive career.

The singer, whose hits include It's Not Unusual, The Green Green Grass of Home and Sex Bomb, is currently at number two in the album chart with his latest record Praise & Blame.

Lady Gaga, meanwhile, has achieved a record 13 nominations for gongs in the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards.
