Love Never Dies run extends in West End

Love Never Dies has extended its run to continue into March 2011, it has been announced.

The sequel to the Phantom of the Opera will now be staged at the Adelphi Theatre until March 26th.

This is will see the show, which is set ten years after the end of the original production following the mysterious Phantom and talented singer Christine, pass its first anniversary of opening on March 9th 2010.

Despite receiving mixed reviews, fans of the first musical have flocked to see current cast members Ramin Karimloo and Sierra Boggess take on the famous characters.

The plot centres on Christine, who is now a married mother, heading to Coney Island to perform, where she is once again reunited with the mysterious Phantom.

Theatregoers who have not yet seen the Phantom of the Opera can catch the show at Her Majesty's Theatre, where the show is currently enjoying its 24th year on the London stage.
